    Membership

    Membership shall be composed of companies and individuals who support the purposes of SAP Users Group who agree to comply with SAP Users Group's rules, regulations and code of ethics.

    Membership may be granted to any individual, partnership or corporation, or division or part thereof, which is interested in furthering SAP Users Group purposes. Employees of regular members shall be entitled to attend SAP Users Group Conference.

    Membership Types

    SUG-MENA offers two categories of membership:
    Corporate Members

    SUG-MENA corporate members are licensed SAP customers who are actively involved in installing and operating SAP software within their own businesses. SUG-MENA membership resides at the company level, meaning an unlimited number of employees may utilize company membership benefits without incurring individual membership charges. Each company designates one Champion as the main point of contact, a Primary Contact, and Executive Contact.
    Membership Benefits include:
    • Access to SUG-MENA sponsored events at the member rate with an unlimited number of attendees per company per event. This includes the Annual Conference, Forums and Symposiums.
    • Participation in Influence Council
    • Eligible to participate in the Annual SUG-MENA Impact Award.
    Sponsor Members

    SUG-MENA sponsor members are licensed partners of SAP with an explicit endorsement by SAP (Logo, Platform, Alliance and Implementation Partners, as well as certified complimentary software program participants). The fees for the sponsors membership varies per event and the level of sponsorship.

    There are two different levels of sponsor membership:

    Platinum sponsor

    Gold sponsor

    Each company designates one Champion, a Primary Contact and an Executive Contact.

    • Sponsor Members are approved to exhibit at the SUG-MENA Vendor Fair and receive an exhibit space.
    • A limited number of employees can register to attend the Annual Conference based on the level of the membership.
    • A limited number of employees can register for a password to the members' only section of SUGMENA.COM based on the level of the membership.
